Prayer is central to our relationship with Jesus Christ
We believe prayer empowers, encourages, uplifts, gives us peace and draws us closer to God. Prayer is also an outflow of what is in us; a way to connect with others and give of the confidence we have been given to come boldly before the throne of God to receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
We would love to pray with you! Please use the button to the right, or below, to submit a prayer request. Your prayer request will be kept anonymous if you would like, and our Prayer Team will be agreeing with you in prayer!
Twice a year, we have 21 Days of Prayer, where we focus our prayer efforts, gathering from 6am-7am Monday-Friday, 8am-9am Saturday, and 10am Sunday, typically in the Upper Room Conference Center, now available online!
These two months are intentional, as they begin new seasons of the year. This powerful time of praying together helps stir the Spirit in us and reminds us in every circumstance, to pray first. Our next 21 Days of Prayer will be January 7th – January 27th!

Fasting
The goal of fasting is to draw nearer to God. At Christ Community Church, we encourage fasting for 21 days each year in the month of January. This is part of 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, a season of focused prayer as a church family. It is very typical to fast a single meal, a whole day, or three days or more.
You may also choose to fast at other times during the year for your own spiritual development. The timing of your fast is not as important as the strength of your focus on God as you fast. Click here to learn more about fasting.
