It is with heavy hearts that we notify you of the death of Danielle Jean “Dejai” Leipold. A visitation for Dejai will be held at Muller Funeral home, this Saturday from 3p-5p, with a funeral following at 5pm. Please keep Sue, Darby and the Leipold family in your prayers during this difficult time.

Lunch & Conversation with Calvary Baptist
This Sunday, at 12:30, Calvary Baptist has invited Christ Community Church to sit with their congregation, during Black History Month. At the luncheon there will be a moderated conversation about race issues. This will be a time and way to safely ask questions for the purpose of understanding each other better. It will be a great learning opportunity for adults and young people alike. In this environment the church has a perfect opportunity to do what we are supposed to do best, love each other. Please bring a dish to pass and join us!

The Cup of Cold Water Banquet will be held on Saturday February 25 at the Helmar Church.

Missionary and author Shari Tvrdik will be the speaker and the program will likely be our best ever.

Dinner will be at 5:30, at the Helmar Lutheran Church. Tickets can be purchased from a board member, or online by clicking here.

The Illinois Evangelical Free Church would like to invite you to a showing of “I Am Not Ashamed: The Rachel Joy Scott Story“. It will be shown at the IV E-Free Church (1611 Adams St., Ottawa) on March 3rd at 7pm.
