Youth Event

Encounter Youth will be meeting Thursday nights at 7pm at the Maxon’s home.  If you are 7th Grade-High School, you are invited to attend!

Open Small Groups

  • Bible Study Group: Exploring God’s Word – Led by Nancy Cronkright – a group for women or men meeting at 6:30pm on Thursdays
  • Book Study Group: The Good and Beautiful God – Led by Rosa Campbell – a group for women or men meeting at 2:00pm on Fridays
  • Wisdom for Women: Devotions from the book of Proverbs – Led by Phyllis Nordstrom – Interactive discussion. Glean from the Proverbs through a daily reading, then reflecting and sharing how you were impacted – a group for women meeting at 9:30am-11:00am on Tuesdays
  • Book Study Group: Glory on Your House – Led by Glenda Nordstrom – a group for women meeting at 9:30am-11:o0am on Thursdays
  • Family Group – Led by John and Phyllis Nordstrom – a group for all people meeting at 7:00 PM on Thursdays.  Children are welcome but need to bring their own entertainment.

Organ Recital

First Congregational United Church of Christ is continuing to celebrate their 175th Anniversary.  This Sunday at 2:00pm, Dr. William Aylesworth will give an organ concert on their Memorial Organ in the upstairs Sanctuary.

Dr. Aylesworth was a consultant on the organ planning committee that helped design the Memorial Organ in 1972.

A reception will follow the recital.  This is a free event where all are welcome!
