Advent: Anticipating the Momentous
The First Sunday of Advent is this Sunday! We will be serving coffee & donuts beginning at 9:30am and continuing until service begins. Please join us as we walk the journey and anticipate the momentous together!
This Sunday, we will be hosting the Community Meal, immediately after service. Thank you to all who
volunteered to bring a dish to pass, and volunteered time to help! Please bring all food to the Lower Level kitchen before service on Sunday. This is a wonderful time to share a meal with others in the community. Please plan on staying after service for this event!
Join us December 2nd, at Pastor John & Glenda Nordstrom’s home (1300 W. Glover) for our First Wednesday gathering! An impactful time of prayer, praise & worship will begin at 7pm.
December 5th is our Annual Ladies’ Breakfast & Shopping Day! We will meet at Nancy Cronkright’s home (1418 Shaws Ln) for breakfast at 8am, and continue to the Naperville/Aurora area for a fun day of shopping! Please join us for breakfast, even if you cannot shop with us!
As we move into the colder months, we want to be especially mindful of our local PADS shelter, and the wonderful work the volunteers do.
At this time, (and often actually), they are in need of the following items:
Breakfast meats Coffee Sandwich bread
Chips Snack Crackers Breakfast bars
